Weihnachtssingen at Union Berlin !
In 2003 a group of Union fans broke into the stadium to sing carols and wish each other a happy Christmas.
This grew & grew , being imitated (but never bettered) by other clubs. In 2023 I was living in Berlin so I was able to go and was one of the lucky 28500 to get a ticket. It really is an amazing experience - especially when the lights go off. There is beer, Gluhwein & food available and there as many Union songs sung as there are carols. Great experience.
